Temperature is an important part of injection molding, and stable temperature is also the key to molding quality. The more important temperatures related to injection molding are: barrel temperature, New Car mold temperature, feed port temperature, and oil temperature.

1. Barrel temperature
Generally, it is the temperature at which the resin is melted by heating with power. From solid to molten state, the temperature rise of plastic mainly comes from the barrel temperature and the shear heat given by the screw rotation. Theoretically, the ratio of their energy supply is 3:7.
In the barrel temperature setting, different temperatures are set according to different raw materials. Among them, the temperature of the front end (nozzle area) should be slightly lower than the middle end to prevent runny nose; the rear end (feed area) should also be lower than the middle end, and 20-30 degrees lower than the front end, mainly to prevent abnormal feeding, and another is that the exhaust will be better, and the product is not easy to have silver wire and other defects.
In addition, the molding temperature of any flame retardant (i.e. fireproof material) added should be 20-30 degrees lower than that of ordinary materials. The specific use temperature depends on the production situation, because the molding temperature directly affects the fluidity, viscosity, Fuel Car mold temperature, color, shrinkage, product deformation, etc. of the plastic.
2. Control of Fuel Car mold temperature
The Fuel Car mold temperature is mainly determined by the fluidity of different plastics. Simply put, it is the key process to overcome poor fluidity. For example, the fluidity of PC materials and PA+ fiber materials is poor, and the flow resistance during the filling process is large, so a faster injection speed is required for filling.
In addition, when producing PC transparent material plastic parts, a higher Fuel Car mold temperature is required to improve the surface gas lines, rainbow prints and internal bubbles of the product. When producing fiber-added materials, if the Fuel Car mold temperature is low, silver lines (floating fibers) will appear on the surface.
