Fuel Car is large, the reasons should be found out, such as the large gap between the crosshead and the slide plate, which causes the crosshead and the cylinder to be eccentric, etc. The cylinder is eccentric and worn. The connection between the cylinder body and the intermediate sleeve is misaligned, the connection surface between the new cylinder body and the intermediate body is not parallel, and the axis is not vertical. Corresponding measures should be taken.
The axial side clearance of the lead pressure method piston in the cylinder can be adjusted through the connecting thread between the Fuel Car piston rod and the crosshead. After installing the cylinder head, press the side clearance of the cover. The cover surface clearance is inconsistent with the factory document requirements. If there are many, it can be solved by adding pads.
